Additionally, the company reported Q3 2025 revenue of $687,000, up 209% year over year from $222,000 in Q3 2024. However, Serve Robotics faced financial challenges, reporting a Q2 EPS of -$0.36, which was worse than the consensus estimate of -$0.17, and a Q2 2025 loss of $0.24 per share, missing the Street estimate of a $0.21 loss per share. The company raised $100 million through a registered direct offering of 6.25 million shares to institutional investors, bolstering cash to self-fund operations through 2026 and expand its robot fleet. Serve Robotics also acquired Vayu Robotics for $63.3 million to enhance its autonomous delivery capabilities and last-mile robotics roadmap, and acquired assets from Phantom Auto for approximately $5.75 million to bolster its teleoperation capabilities.
