Planypus is a service that lets you easily and casually plan events together with your friends. Planypus is based around a wiki-like planspace with live chat, voting, and notification methods including email, rss, chat, iCal, and integration with twitter and facebook sharing. Planypus helps friends make plans by letting anyone in the group become an organizer and help finalize the plan.
In 2008, Planypus launched the Planypus Platform, a set of social web components that enable websites to embed planning and socializing functionality while gaining insight into userbase statistics.
