Doug Feick is the Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel for ChoiceStream. Since joining ChoiceStream in 2002, Doug Feick has served in key positions including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Operations as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Currently, Doug is responsible for all aspects of ChoiceStream’s business and legal affairs.
Prior to joining ChoiceStream, Doug was Vice President, Corporate Development for Yahoo! Inc where he was responsible for managing the company’s domestic and international corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures. Doug was also Associate General Counsel, International for Yahoo!, where he managed Yahoo!’s international legal group. From 1991 to 1997, he practiced corporate law in California focusing on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing law for emerging and high tech companies. Doug received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Miami University and his law degree from the University of Southern California.
