The micro patterns can be applied to injection molds and forming dies used for the fabrication of medical devices, improving their
capability and reducing the cost of manufacture. Other applications include labelling and anti-counterfeiting technology.
The company's first product is a nano-scale probe fabricated in diamond, for metrology applications in high-tech manufacturing.
The company is a spin-out from CRANN, the flagship nanotechnology institute in Trinity College Dublin.
