Founded in 2009, Della Resorts is a flagship hospitality brand of the Della Group, and is recognized as India’s first experiential hospitality capital. Located in Lonavala, Maharashtra, the resort spans approximately 50 acres and operates as a 5-star standard luxury destination integrating hospitality, adventure tourism, entertainment, wellness,
and large-format events.
Della Resorts forms a core experiential pillar within the broader Della ecosystem, which also includes Della Townships, the Group’s real estate and township development vertical focused on thematic living, design-led communities, and next-generation urban developments.
The resort destination comprises six distinct hospitality concepts and over 300 individually designed luxury rooms, offering differentiated stay experiences for leisure travelers, couples, families, and corporate guests. The integrated campus features a large-scale adventure park, multiple multi-cuisine restaurants, curated entertainment venues, a 24-hour spa and salon, and purpose-built infrastructure for weddings, conferences, and destination events.
Conceptualized and designed by Jimmy Mistry, Founder and Chairman of the Della Group, Della Resorts was developed to challenge conventional hospitality models in India by combining immersive experiences, experiential design, and global service standards within a single destination framework.
