Dietitians on Demand was launched in 2005 when Alicia Davis, a registered dietitian, recognized that a temporary nutrition consulting service was needed to provide staffing support for dietitians. Initially focusing on the local area, Alicia and Ryan Davis
formed a staffing company operated out of the spare bedroom of their Richmond, Virginia townhouse. In the last 12 years, Dietitians on Demand has grown to become an industry leader in nationwide clinical nutrition consulting.
