About the Company
EBTL was founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni in 2013. Starting with a simple idea of making shock-proof switches, the concept has evolved over the years into a wall mounted smart switch, Amour. The current version 3.0 of Amour works on Wi-Fi and can be controlled by touch, smart phones and voice commands. This programmable switch allows the user to
switch, schedule, lock and obtain the power consumption analytics for past usage. EBTL owns the patent for this product. Apart from this, EBTL is actively involved in a smart-city project funded by a state government in India. R&D remains the core competence of EBTL and they aim to be the industry leaders in automation.
