gongsin is a social venture established to reform social inequality in education.
About the Company
gongsin (공부의신) is a Korean welfare company that supports underprivileged students with their educational needs. It was implemented as a means of diminishing the social inequality in the Republic of Korea.
Established in 2006, gongsin is also described as a ‘lecture mentoring’ project designed to help impoverished students with their studies. It
includes a volunteer club that allows senior students who are interested in teaching to take up the challenge of conducting lessons for deprived students.
