About the Company
IBEX Technologies Inc is a Canada-based Company that manufactures and markets enzymes for biomedical use. The company produces a family of high purity recombinant glycosaminoglycan (GAG) lyases, namely Heparinase I, Heparinase II, Heparinase III, Chondroitinase AC and Chondroitinase B. It also produces a series of arthritis assays which are used by
pharmaceutical companies for research purposes. The Company has proprietary expression system in Flavobacterium heparinum and produces these enzymes at the highest purity. Heparinase I rapidly and specifically neutralize both unfractionated heparin as well as low molecular weight heparin, allowing baseline hemostasis to be monitored in the presence of these anticoagulants.
