INTRO Labs is a platform that enables group organizers to connect and engage community members via mobile phones to expand their networks.

The platform features Switchboard, a web application that transforms any online group such as Meetup, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, and more into a real-time mobile network. It provides community managers with

direct-to-mobile communications tools and analytics enabling them to effectively run and monetize their networks. The application brings the community together by creating real-time, location-based introductions within the group, increasing the group’s presence and value to its members.

INTRO Labs was launched by Mike Small and Anthony Erwin on October 15, 2011.
