accepts the price (or the seller decides to keep the property). Once a buyer has accepted the price, it has 2 days to sign a simple, conditional, purchase agreement and pay the deposit. If the buyer does not sign the agreement within 2 days, the auction will resume. Interested buyers will, after registration, have access to relevant property data, drawings, sales agreement, etc.
