We are led by Stefanos Damianakis, who
co-founded and ran an enterprise machine learning company for 10 years before selling it to a public company in an 8-figure exit. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Princeton University and has contributed to over $50M in enterprise software sales.
That background means we evaluate AI the way operators do, not the way consultants do. We know the difference between technology that works in a demo and technology that survives real operations.
We work with mid-market companies ($10M to $100M in revenue) in three ways:
1. AI Strategy and Implementation: We identify the highest-impact opportunities, run fast pilots tied to real KPIs, and prove value before scaling. Typical engagements run 3 to 6 months.
2. Technical Leadership: We step in as CTO, advise existing technical teams, or lead specific initiatives. Architecture reviews, hiring decisions, vendor evaluations, roadmap ownership.
3. Targeted Advisory: Board-level strategy, technical due diligence, vendor evaluations, second opinions on critical technology decisions.
We also build software. Our products include Zelaros (AI spend intelligence), MyAvere (investment education), VerifyFilings (SEC filing error detection), and KizKaz (personal knowledge base). Building keeps us honest. It forces us to confront every challenge our clients face.
