Alberto is the co-founder and CEO of RendezView, a collaborative software platform for remote and distributed teams.
Originally from Spain, Alberto spent four years deploying Air traffic control systems in Barcelona while pursuing an MS degree in Control Engineering, focused on Automated and Intelligent Robotic Systems.
In 2013, Alberto decided
to pursue his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, with a focus on visual analytics, machine learning and collaborative work. After graduating from UH with honors, Alberto pursued a PhD. in Data Science, Computer Science, and Visual Analytics from the University of Hawaii.
Alberto has stated his reason for starting RendezView was because he thinks "todays jobs are essentially multidisciplinary, the present is global, communications are cheap, everybody is connected and dynamic collaboration is more important than ever.".
