As a Co-Founder and Chief Corporate Development Officer of Rockpool Capital, Andrew oversees the corporate and strategic direction of the firm. He is also active in the identification and selection of various investment deals for Rockpool.
Andrew spent over 5 years with J.P.Morgan Private Bank on the investment team covering accounts across Hong
Kong, Philippines and China. He advised and traded on equities, fixed income, FX, hedge fund and private equity investments with a book size of over $600 million. Prior to J.P.Morgan, Andrew was a management associate with Standard Chartered Bank’s credit risk management team and coordinated SME Banking projects in conjunction with the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation.
In addition, Andrew is a Director of Apex Insurance (Holdings) Ltd, responsible for the group’s overall management and investment strategy. He is licensed to handle all classes of non-life and general insurance programs and is also a regulated Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Andrew graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
