Andrus has been managing media and technology companies from 1998. He has been co-founder of the largest new media enterprise in Baltic States, that operates more than 10 portals, mostly under Delfi brand in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine. 2008-2009 he served as CEO of 200+ strong Delfi Group which had ca 50% market share of Internet
advertising in Baltics and is serving more than 2,5 millon unique users monthly.
Previously he held CTO/CDO positions in Delfi Group. He has also held position of director of product management in largest computer manufacturer in Baltic region.
