Ankur Panchbudhe is the Co-founder and CTO at AuthMind. Ankur previously worked at Vaultize as a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, where he does strategy, architecture, design, research and development. He attended Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
Ankur did his masters in computer
science and engineering from IIT Bombay, after doing his bachelors in the same subject from VNIT Nagpur.
After his masters, Ankur held key engineering positions in companies such as VERITAS Software, Symantec and McAfee. At VERITAS (acquired by Symantec in 2005), Ankur worked on storage software, data protection, archiving, content analysis, electronic discovery and data security. In 2007, he joined a startup called Reconnex (acquired by McAfee in 2008) as a software architect. At Reconnex/McAfee, he worked on their Data Loss Prevention (DLP) product for 3 years.
Ankur holds 15 US patents and has 15 more pending in the domains of storage software, data protection, electronic discovery, data security and archiving. He also has 4 international publications in the field of real-time data dissemination.
