Mr. Cruz has over 25 years’ experience in life sciences & medical devices. Prior posts include VP-Business Development and Strategy at Covidien Surgical Devices (now Medtronic) and Business Director at Becton Dickinson’s Diagnostics Division. He has played leadership roles in two successful biotechnology start-ups with both eventually reaching
the public markets, each with significant market valuation. Mr. Cruz, a former US Air Force officer, has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
