As a board-certified anesthesiologist, Dr. Brock-Utne's breadth of experience in the ASC workspace inform Issio Solutions' products and services at every level.
He is a long-time patient safety advocate and designer of computer systems that help healthcare professionals optimize
patient care.
His goal is to leverage the power of cloud computing and convenience of mobile technologies to bring a new era of quality of care, safety, efficiency, and communication in healthcare.
Dr. Brock-Utne's responsibilities have included chairing the Department of Anesthesia Q/A Committee and serving on the Peer Review Committee at John Muir Medical Center from 2009-2011.
He has also been the vice-chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology, and Chairman of OB Anesthesiology at John Muir Medical Center.
In February 2012, he was honored by the perinatal nurses at John Muir Medical Center with the "Doc that Rocks" award for exemplary patient care and professionalism.
He completed his anesthesiology residency at Stanford University Medical Center in 2003.
