Ben is the founder and CEO of Midwest Games, the creator of Shadow Publishing, a for-hire model of publishing. He is focused building alternative approaches to create new opportunity within the games industry in both how we do work and where we do it.
Ben has worked in games, film, esports, and radio, and has helped publish over 100 game titles
and over 50 films, including some of the most popular and successful franchises in the entertainment industry. He has also been recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit, his advocacy for the Midwest game community, and his contributions to his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
He currently acts as President of the Wisconsin Games Alliance and the Executive Chair of MDEV, the Midwest's largest game industry event. He sits on the Board of the Wisconsin Academy of Science, Arts, and Letters, as well.
