Bill is the founder and driving force behind eLynxx Solutions. Since 1975 when Bill started what would become eLynxx Solutions, he has been focused on forging better relationships between buyers of marketing materials and their vendors. It became apparent to Bill that procurement in the marketing supply chain could not be optimized with existing
strategies, tactics and systems. Managing and sourcing all things print needed its own strategies, tactics and system, but none existed. Bill set out to invent a method and leverage technology for achieving the optimal mix of quality, service and price in procuring custom print, and today’s eLynxx Solutions was born.
Bill figured that breaking the iron triangle of quality, service and price could become essential to the survival of many organizations. In the past, it was possible to obtain two of the three, such as quality and service, but not at a low price. If you did get a low price, it would be at the expense of quality and/or service. Bill was successful in finding a solution to the iron triangle, and has been awarded five U.S. patents and a continuing application for the process. Bill has testified before U.S. Senate Committees and has worked directly with Members of the Congress, Senate, Governors, major trade associations and educational institutions on print management and procurement policy issues. In the community, Bill actively mentors teens, supports the arts and works to save and create community employment. He has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Bill is active in the George Washington Masonic Lodge, Harrisburg Consistory and Zembo Shrine. Bill is a graduate of Dickinson College with a degree in philosophy and religion.
