Brian founded CPI in 1996. Brian has helped build teams in 65 cities across 15 countries. As recruiting partner and advisor, Brian helps clients analyze, build and refine teams. While managing the Firm, Brian helps manage pre- and post-MBA projects. Prior to founding CPI, Brian was a Vice President with the international real estate firm Jones Lang
LaSalle. Before that he was with Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Real Estate Group where he worked on equity and debt transactions including the firm’s purchase of its headquarters. Brian graduated from Denison University with a degree in Political Science and is an active alumnus of the Lawrenceville School.
