Mr. Carlos A. Ruisanchez is President, Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. As Senior Managing Director of Bear, Stearns & Co., Mr. Ruisanchez was responsible for corporate clients in the gaming, lodging and leisure industries, as well as financial sponsor banking relationships.
