Carlton Sue also known as Cobolt or Carl Sue, is a serial entrepreneur. Having 8 projects and companies starting with LIELD in 1999. A mildly successful exit from Nominal Components spurred a change in direction, just as the entrepreneur market was booming. With a recent interest in startup culture Carlton moved to San Francisco and picked up a
founder role and assumed the responsibilities of CTO at Primer Labs. Introduced to and trained by experienced mentors and prominent leaders in the tech and hacker communities Carl demoralized by inappropriate leadership returned to San Diego. In San Diego Carlton worked for Pro-Insites as CTO and network administrator. Putting his skills to work keeping the corporate infrastructure maintained, and developing technology to aid the reputation management startup. Due to recent learning experiences Carlton has reached back into the security industry and is currently working on long term development of Fractal Security. Carlton currently resides in San Francisco.
