Stephenson has been a member of our Board of Directors since July 2009. She served as Dean of the Ivey Business School at The University of Western Ontario (Ivey) from 2003 until her retirement in September 2013.
Prior to joining Ivey, Stephenson served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Lucent Technologies Canada from 1999 to 2003.
Stephenson is currently a director of Ballard Power Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of fuel cell products, Intact Financial Corporation (formerly ING Canada), an insurance provider in Canada, and Manitoba Telecom Services Inc., a communications provider in Canada.
