Charbel has over 30 years of professional experience: He assumed the role of CEO at Alcazar Capital Limited in 2008 and led the management buy-out in 2009. Previous to that, he spent 6 years at Agility: as CEO of Agility’s Investments where he was in charge of the M&A and investment transactions and the management of a $1bn Industrial Real
Estate Portfolio and the NAS Airport Ground Handling business. Prior to taking over the investment portfolio, Charbel was group COO / MD of global operations where he played a key role in building the Agility operating capabilities in the Middle East and led its global growth and transformation. He then initiated the efforts to integrate the various global acquisitions and the rebranding of the different acquired companies under the Agility Logistics banner. Prior to that he spent 16 years in USA in various management roles first at ABB and then EXE Technologies. Charbel served as CEO of Irrawaddy Green Towers Myanmar for 18 months and was instrumental to the company’s expansion
