Damian Kozlowski

Officer and President of Modern Bank, NA from 2010 to 2016. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Inc. since June 9, 2005. Mr. Kozlowski was responsible for developing Citigroup's growth strategy globally to significantly build position in the high net worth wealth management market. He served as the Global Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Private Bank from June 2005 to April 2007 and its US Region President from November 2002 to April 2007 with oversight of approximately 1,100 US employees. He served as the Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2002 and Global Head of Business Development and Strategy from 2000 to 2001. He was responsible for managing all operating activities and for integrating and unifying business and management processes to continually improve the Private Bank's open-architecture platform. Mr. Kozlowski has extensive experience in the financial services industry in strategy consulting, mergers and acquisitions and new business development. He has focused on creating and implementing strategies that have resulted in significant changes in resource allocation and increased growth in profitability. Prior to joining Citigroup in 2000, Mr. Kozlowski served as Managing Director at Banc of America Securities where he created strategies to grow and reposition its investment banking businesses. He served at Marakon Associates, Rostra Holdings, and US Trust. He has been a Director of The Bancorp Bank since June 1, 2016. He has been director of The Bancorp, Inc. since June 1, 2016. He served as a Director of Modern Bank, NA from 2010 to 2016. Mr. Kozlowski holds an MBA from the Wharton School in Finance and Strategic Management and an MS from Boston University in Organizational Behavior and Policy. He holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Boston University.
