Little has served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of DXP since its organization in 1996 and also has held these positions with SEPCO Industries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of, and predecessor to, the Company (“SEPCO”), since he acquired a controlling interest in SEPCO in 1986.
Little has been employed by
SEPCO since 1975 in various capacities, including Staff Accountant, Controller, Vice President/Finance and President. Little gives our Board insight and in-depth knowledge of our industry and our specific operations and strategies.
He also provides leadership skills and knowledge of our local community and business environment, which he has gained through his long career with DXP and its predecessor companies.
