Dave is the chief technology officer and co-founder of Contently, a platform which facilitates original, engaging storytelling at scale.With more than ten years spent building web-based applications, he has experience working on technological problems in industries ranging from electronic payments to women's fashion. At Contently, he first
created the interfaces and intelligent algorithms which power much of the company's platform.
Before deciding to devote his professional life to entrepreneurial activities, Dave received a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law school, as well as the Wharton School's certificate in Business and Public Policy. He has a BA in computer science, with distinction, from Duke University where he focused on peer-to-peer network topologies.
Dave moved to New York to start Contently with co-founders Shane Snow and Joe Coleman, and has proudly let his driver's license expire. In 2012, he was named as one of Inc. Magazine's 30 Under 30.
