Donald Poulton is President and Chief Executive Officer of Medallion Bank. Don was a founding officer of the Bank in 2002 as our Chief Lending Officer. In 2015, he became the Bank’s CEO. Prior to Medallion Bank, Don was CLO and Executive Vice President of American Investment Bank and American Investment Financial, respectfully. His banking career
started in the late 1970s, and has included residential mortgage, consumer, and commercial lending, including SBA lending. Don has served on the Board and Executive Committees of the Utah Association of Financial Services and the National Association of Industrial Bankers, and on the Board of the Utah Bankers Association. He continues to serve on the Board of the Utah Microenterprise Loan Fund. He graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
