Mr. Brzezowski is vice president of the firm’s energy services section. In that capacity, he provides our clients with energy services such as energy benchmarking and modeling that verifies that the projects we design meet or exceed code requirements as well as requirements to gain federal, state or utility incentives. He performs walkthroughs and
energy audits with ASHRAE Level I and II for clients’ commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in order to uncover system inefficiencies or energy wasting systems so as to remediate solutions enhancing the clients’ bottom line.
Mr. Brzezowski is a nationally recognized Professional Mechanical Engineer with 35 years of experience. He served as Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Noveda Technologies and Director of Engineering for The Ferreira Group in Branchburg, NJ where he engineered the first Net Zero Electric Commercial Building in the United States. This project has maintained perfect 100 EPA Energy Star ratings since occupancy and won an Award for Excellence from the New Jersey Business and Industry Association as well as New Jersey Clean Energy Market Innovator.
