George Glasier, founder, and former President and CEO, resigned from both his senior management role and his Director’s seat with Energy Fuels, effective March 31, 2010. Mr. Glasier was the central figure in 2005 at the beginning of Energy Fuels Resources Corp., the Colorado subsidiary of Energy Fuels, Inc. and he led the Energy Fuels December,
2006 private placement. Among Mr. Glasier’s many significant contributions to Energy Fuels were assembling a first class management team, acquiring a portfolio of valuable uranium resource and mill properties, and leading the application process for the Montrose County Special Use Permit and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Radioactive Materials License for Energy Fuels’ Piñon Ridge Mill to be built in western Montrose County Colorado. The mill license is expected to be granted early in 2011.
