Since 2000, Mr. Bosco has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of OpNext, Inc.
As of April 1, 2009, Mr. Bosco became the Chairman of the Board of OpNext, Inc. and in December 2010 assumed the role of interim Chief Executive Officer and President.
From 1965 to 2000, Mr. Bosco held numerous senior management positions within
Lucent Technologies, Bell Labs and AT&T.
