The CEO, Ivan Kruglak, has extensive business experience in product development, commercialization and related business operations. With a professional career of an entrepreneur and inventor, Mr. Kruglak was responsible for the successful development of over 50 separate products from idea to execution and commercial production. This includes
establishing and running four companies as well as marketing and sales oversight along with the necessary attention to detail required to develop a profitable venture. Mr. Kruglak founded and later sold two successful companies in the field of electronics: Coherent Communications, Inc. which was purchased by an aerospace company, and Fischer Connectors, a manufacturer and distributor of extremely high precision electrical connectors for the medical, aerospace, military and industrial electronics industries. Fischer was purchased by a Swiss company. Most recently, Mr. Kruglak has been involved in alternative method of energy production, founding in 2008 the Quantum Energy Devices, Inc., to pursue opportunities in alternate energy and propulsion technologies and in 2011 the Infinergy, Inc. as a technology incubator company specializing in advanced and frontier technologies that may benefit humanity.
