J. Michal Conaway has served as a director since May 2008. He is the founder and has served as the chief executive officer of Peregrine Group, LLC, an executive consulting firm, since 2002, and has been providing consulting services since 2000.
Prior to 2000, Conaway held various management and executive positions, including serving as chief
financial officer of Fluor Corporation, an engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services provider.
He serves as a director of Quanta Services, Inc. and Cherokee International Corporation, as well as a director of Elgin National Industries, Inc. and Enterra Holdings Ltd., both of which are privately held companies.
Conaway holds an master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
