James Hawkins has served as a Director of the Company since December 2015.
James is the President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Natus Medical Incorporated, a leading manufacturer of medical devices and software and a service provider for the newborn care, neurology, sleep, hearing and balance markets.
James has held this position since 2004. In addition, he currently serves as a director of El Dorado Resorts Inc. Prior to joining Natus, James was President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Invivo Corporation, a provider of MRI-safe patient monitoring.
James earned his undergraduate degree in Business Commerce from Santa Clara University and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from San Francisco State University.
