Jim Flowers is a co-founder and COO of PCS, with extensive industry experience in semiconductor technology and electronics. He was founder and CEO of Clarisay, a developer of surface acoustic wave (SAW) filters commonly used in RF applications. He previously founded Logix Consulting, which provides custom SPICE model extraction services to
semiconductor developers and has delivered more than 1,500 SPICE models used in production design by its industry partners.
Based in McKinney, Texas, Jim holds a master’s degree in Physics from the California Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from Rice University.
