Joe first jumped on the entrepreneurial wagon at 23 when he started a house cleaning business in the city of Boston to pay off loans, fast. What he didn’t expect was to grow that company to over 80 customers in a year. Joe’s next venture he founded was Gozaik in 2012 with the mission to make recruiting on social media seamless, and the company was
quickly acquired by Monster Worldwide in 2014. There, he launched advertising products that were purchased by more than 40,000 customers and became one of Monster’s fastest growing products since the job board. Joe then assisted Monster in the acquisition by Ranstad Holding Corp. in 2017 before deciding to come full circle back to his first entrepreneurial endeavor, house cleaning. Joe founded ThreeMain in October 2017 to innovate in the cleaning space, offering aluminum, refillable bottles, and green cleaning solutions delivered seasonally to your door. ThreeMain is committed to reducing plastic consumption and disrupting the cleaning industry, which produces billions of plastic bottles annually. One percent of ThreeMain’s revenue will be donated to the Rozalia Project, which cleans and protects the oceans. Joe is a husband, dad of three, and entrepreneur. Joe’s passions include looking for problems to solve in various industries, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and fly fishing.
