Joseph A. Householder is Member of the Board of Directors at Rev Renewables.
Before that, he served as vice president of Corporate Tax and chief tax counsel for Sempra Energy where he oversaw Sempra Energy's worldwide tax affairs.
Prior to joining Sempra Energy in 2001, Householder was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm's
national tax office.
Previously, he was vice president of Corporate Development and assistant chief financial officer of Unocal until 1999. There, Householder was responsible for worldwide tax planning, financial reporting and forecasting, and risk-management compliance.
