Julianne studied Food Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. While at UNL, Julianne earned a place in the Top 20 in the Danisco Knowledge Award, IFT Mars Product Development Competition and IFTSA Developing Solutions for Developing Countries Competition. In her 3 years at the UNL Food Processing Center, she researched and
developed a variety of cricket based food products. She loves spending time in the lab making our products the best they can be.
