ustin Cook is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Resilient Computing. Justin brings over 20 years of experience on building R&D capacity in university and government entities. His experience includes Instrument Operations and Systems Engineering at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab (JPL) on the Mars Perseverance Rover, the initial Director of
the Montana State University’s (MSU) Applied Research Lab (ARL) after establishing MSU’s national security research program, a foreign service officer at Department of State, and an Officer in the United States Air Force managing satellite communication and intelligence programs. Justin received his B.S. in Business and Public Administration from the University of Arizona, Masters of Engineering, Systems Engineering from Arizona State University, and an M.A. in Political Science from Northeastern University.
