Prior to MingSight, he had more than 10 years of experience in strategic planning and business development in the pharmaceutical industry. These included positions of increasing responsibility at Boehringer Ingelheim and ORA Clinical. He obtained his medical degree from
Xiangya School of Medicine in China and his MBA from the Ross Business School of the University of Michigan.
