Karim Karti is a President and CEO of GE Healthcare and a CEO at RapidAI. . GE Healthcare Imaging is a global technology leader in developing outcome-based solutions based on a broad portfolio that includes MR, CT, PET, Nuclear Medicine, X-Ray, Women’s Health, Interventional and Surgery products, and imaging analytics and software.
Previously,
Karim was GE Healthcare’s Chief Marketing Officer and was responsible for fostering innovation and enabling collaboration with customers to build solutions that address the most pressing problems in healthcare. Before his role as CMO, Karim was President and CEO of GE Healthcare Eastern & Africa Growth Markets, leading and growing GE Healthcare in the emerging markets of Turkey, Central Asia, Russia & CIS, the Middle East and Africa.
Karim joined GE in 1996 as part of the GE Corporate Audit Staff. He joined GE Healthcare in 2000 in Global Business Development. He served in several General Management, Commercial, Product Development & Services leadership roles in the United States, Europe and Asia, including President and CEO of GE Healthcare in Korea.
Before joining GE, Karim was a Brand Manager with Procter and Gamble.
Karim has an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France and graduated from the Entrepreneur program of the Business School of Lyon.
