Kermit Crawford joined the Company's Board of Directors in March 2016. Until his retirement in 2014, Crawford served for more than 30 years with the Walgreen Company, the largest drugstore chain in the United States with more than $103 billion in sales reported in fiscal year 2015.
Most recently, he was president of the Walgreen
Company's pharmacy, health and wellness division, where he was responsible for all aspects of strategic, operational and financial management for the division.
Crawford also is a member of the Board of Directors of Allstate, the second-largest personal lines insurer in the United States. In addition, Crawford has served on the Board of Councilors of the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy and in 2014 joined the school as executive in residence and senior advisor to the Dean.
