Mahesh Vaidya joined Intel Capital in 2008. Prior to Intel Capital, he was Vice President at GF Private Equity Group, the private investment arm of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe’s Growth Fund. Mahesh was a member of GF Private Equity Group's Investment Committee, served on the boards of portfolio companies such as Redline Communications and

Venda, and also led investments in companies such as AWR, Teknovus and PathScale. Earlier in his career, Mahesh had worked as a software engineer with Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd. in India, and as an Intern in the International Finance Corporation's Internet Development Unit. At Intel Capital, he currently serves as a Board Observer for PolicyBazaar, Duron, International Center for Robotic Surgery, and Microland. He has also participated in Intel Capital’s investment in KLG Systel and Verismo. Mahesh received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has a Masters in Nuclear Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur, India.
