Marc Holliday currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SL Green Realty Corp. He has served as the CEO since 2004 and became the Chairman of the Board in January 2019. Mr. Holliday has been with the company since 1998 when he joined as Chief Investment Officer.
Prior to joining SL Green, Mr. Holliday held management positions at
the former Victor Capital Group, a publicly-traded real estate investment management firm that, at the time, was one of the nation’s largest dedicated real estate mezzanine lenders.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from Lehigh University in 1988, Mr. Holliday earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 1990.
