Mark Siegel is a dynamic business leader with twenty years of global experience and hands-on operational management across growth businesses, turnarounds, restructurings and business model transitions.
Mark was recently Chief Executive Officer of Street Surfing Worldwide, where he successfully restructured the business, transitioning it from
family ownership to Private Equity.
Prior to joining Street Surfing, Mark was Chief Executive Officer of Ultra-Pro Corporation, a Marlin Equity Portfolio Company. In this role, Mark had responsibility over Ultra-Pro and its three subsidiary companies, manufacturing and marketing diverse consumer product lines such as children’s fashion accessories, kitchen cutlery and sports collectible accessories under its own brands, Private Label and by license from Disney, Marvel, Rachael Ray, Pokemon and Nickelodeon.
Prior to joining Ultra-Pro, he served in Executive and Management roles for Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies including Mattel, Petsmart and Equity Marketing along with private equity and family owned businesses such as Stravina Operating Company and Teleflora.
Mark has led multiple acquisitions & divestitures, along with debt restructuring and management turnarounds.
Mark gained his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is an active member of the Bruin Alumni Association. He is also an active member of the Santa Monica Bay Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
