Matiss Paegle is the Non Executive Board Member of Rail Baltica. He previously worked at AtmosClear Investments as Head of business development. Matiss (born in 1974) joined BaltCap Infrastructure Fund team in 2017. Previously he has held a number of senior corporate finance, CEO and CFO roles in aviation, energy, manufacturing, private equity
