Neal C. Bradsher joined the Board of Directors during July 2009. Mr. Bradsher has been President of Broadwood Capital, Inc., a private investment firm, since 2002. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Whitehall Asset Management, Inc. from 1999 to 2002.
Earlier in his career Mr. Bradsher was a Managing Director at Campbell Advisors, as well
as a senior equity analyst at Alex Brown & Sons and Hambrecht & Quist. Mr. Bradsher holds a B.A. degree in economics from Yale College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Bradsher is also a director of Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
