Nicholas Donofrio has been a Director since December 2009. He retired as Executive Vice President, Innovation & Technology at International Business Machines Corporation in October 2008.
Donofrio began his career at IBM in 1964, and worked at the company for more than 40 years in various positions of increasing responsibility, including
Division Director; Divisional Vice President for Advanced Workstations; General Manager, Large Scale Computing Division; and Senior Vice President, Technology & Manufacturing.
Donofrio earned a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds a Master’s degree from Syracuse University.
