Paul is passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation. He joined SiTime in 2005 to direct the development and fabrication of SiTime’s microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) resonator devices. Under Paul’s leadership, SiTime delivered the industry’s first production MEMS used in timing and launched revolutionary technologies such as TempFlat™
MEMS, which delivers best-in-class performance, size and reliability for mobile, Internet of Things (IoT) and wearables.
Prior to joining SiTime, Paul co-founded C Speed Corporation in 1998, where he led the development of MEMS micromirrors for optical switching. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, a Master’s of Science degree in Mechatronics and Optical Engineering from Loughborough University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from U.C. Davis. He holds over 30 patents in the fields of micromachining and optical systems.
